V120 only supports USB HDD with FAT32 file system, not NTFS.
V120 also provides ：HDD Format； function. Please select ：HDD Format； item under Setup-menu. |

Please make sure your HDD is FAT32 file system. If not, please use V120 to format it. |

The file system can be used with V120 is FAT32, not NTFS. Please make sure it. If the file system is not FAT32, you can use HDD format functon of V120 to format it. Besides, a few new models of 2.5 inch HDD consume larger current than USB port can provide. We suggest you to add an adapter for B200. Please contact your local agent or visit our website to buy it.

Why V120 can not save recorded programs directly into iPod? |

V120 can not provide this capability now. Because of the limitation from iPod, all files can be played by iPod should be transferred from iTunes application. We suggest that you can save recorded programs into B200 first. Connect your B200 with computers with iTunes application. Use iTunes application to transfer these recorded programs to iPod. The advantage is that V120 use standard format of iPod. As a result, V120 recorded program does not need to do transcoding. It is much easier. |
